Do I need
to pay return fees?
For orders placed:

Within Kuwait: There are no
fees for returning the product. Only the delivery charges will be deducted.
2-
Outside Kuwait: You will
need to pay the shipping cost along with customs fees, which amount to
approximately 3 Kuwaiti dinars or equivalent in other currencies.
Please note that the products
must be in their original condition and you must have the purchase invoice to
ensure a smooth return process.
How will I receive my refund?
For orders placed:
1-
Within Kuwait: The refunded
amount will be received at the company's branch located in Al-Boulevard Mall in
Salmiya (Main Branch) only.
2-
Outside Kuwait: The refunded amount will be
returned to the same bank account used for payment.
What is the maximum timeframe for product returns?
You must initiate a
return request within 48 hours of purchasing the product. You can submit the
return request through our website or via the customer service WhatsApp. Please
note that the products must be in their original condition and you must have
the purchase invoice to ensure a smooth return process.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Usually, the refund process takes between 48 to 72 hours.
However, this timeframe may vary depending on the details of your order. Some
refunds may take up to 14 days.
Can I exchange or return a product at a Glanour branch if it
was purchased online?
Yes, you can return the product at any Glanour branch in
Kuwait.
